Luca is in charge of the evaluation and implementation of strategic and operative farming concept and all matters relating to ESG.

Luca brings over five years of project management and farming experience from SSA. He implemented and managed commercial farms, including 100ha agroforestry, 400ha rubber and 450ha cocoa. Luca gained additional valuable insights into supply chains, smallholder integration and transnational transparency from his position as Manager Cocoa Supply & Partnerships at Läderach (Schweiz) AG.

Luca holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Science and Agro-Economics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Yanik is in charge of strategic analysis, business & financial modelling and the execution of corporate finance & corporate transaction projects.

Yanik brings more than seven years of corporate finance experience from his positions at affentranger associates, PwC and Kronos Kapital & Management AG. In his previous roles he was responsible for the successful execution of M&A transaction and supported the value creation of portfolio companies. He created integrated financial models and business plans and was responsible for company & asset valuations.

Yanik obtained a Master of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is a CFA charterholder.
